If you see that you are not satisfied with our products after completing the purchase for any reason, you can submit a return request and get a full refund according to the points below: 1/ Contact us via WhatsApp to submit a return request and clarify the reason for the return within 7 days from the date of purchase, ensuring the original packaging is intact and that the product has not been used and is in the condition in which it arrived. 2/ The amount paid will be refunded after the returned product arrives and its condition is verified. If the payment was made through electronic means (credit cards), the amount will be refunded to your credit card according to your bank’s requirements. This process may take between 14-30 days to appear on your credit card statement. 3/ The refunded amount to the customer includes the value of the products purchased from the online store, meaning any additional costs related to shipping / re-shipping are borne by the customer. 4/ We cannot accept return requests in these cases: ** Cut fabrics cannot be returned or exchanged. ** The return period has expired. ** Products that are not in their original condition or have been damaged in any way. ** The item number of the returned products does not match our records. 5/ If the return request is due to a wrong product or a different product than the one you ordered or with different specifications than those shown on the website, you can choose either to return the product and get a full refund, or replace it with the correct product. In this case, we bear the cost of re-shipping and related expenses, but the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it, with its original packaging.
